Aquatic Programs
Water fitness, also commonly known as Aqua Pilates; is a simple, fun, and effective workout program. The program is specifically designed to condition the entire body, increase flexibility, core strength, balance, and stability.
Adults enjoy water fitness in the comfort of our warm water pool. Low impact, strength building exercises are emphasized in a group setting.
A FREE trial class is offered, come try it out! No obligations to continue the program whatsoever.
