Registration/Payment Procedures
Our personalized approach to registration makes it easy for you to find the right class at a time that works for your schedule. Our classes are scheduled upon demand and are not preset at fixed times for each level.
All you have to do is call the location nearest you and our staff will ask a few question to determine the right level and then find a time that works for you. If you have more than one child, no problem. We will find a time where your children can have lessons at the same time—even if they are different ages and in different levels.
We have 4 sessions a year—but you can start at anytime. Our small class sizes and unique curriculum allow the teacher the flexibility to adapt lessons to the individual needs of each child in the class. Of course, the earlier you call, the more flexibility our staff will have in finding the most convenient time for you.
The following policies allow us to provide this personalized level of scheduling while maintaining our small class sizes and ensuring consistency with our professional teaching staff.
- Classes are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis and are subject to change.
- A $25 annual registration fee is due the 1st session of each year.
- Tuition is due in full at the time of registration.
- Any cancellations must take place within 48 hours of time of payment. After 48 hours, no refunds will be issued, but a credit may be received with a doctor's excuse for illness.
- If a group class does not fill, students may need to change class times.
- Classes cannot be rescheduled or made up. This policy allows us to maintain our small class sizes and to ensure consistency with our professional teaching staff. You will receive a family swim pass for a missed lesson.
Swimtastic Corporation is proud to be an active member of the United States Swim School Association. Swimtastic Swim School is certified in Infant/Toddler swimming through the USSSA.
