Registration/Payment Procedures

Our personalized approach to registration makes it easy for you to find the right class at a time that works for your schedule. Our classes are scheduled upon demand and are not preset at fixed times for each level. Front Desk

We offer a wide range of class times; including morning, mid-day, evening, and even Saturday classes. Avaialable class times fill quickly and are constantly fluxuating. To find a time that fits perfectly into your schedule, all you have to do is fill out our registration form or call the location nearest you.

Register

Our staff will work one-on-one with you to find your student's ideal level and class time. We'll ask a few quick questions to determine the right class level and then find a time that works best for your schedule. If you have more than one child, no problem! We will find a time where your children can have lessons at the same time—even if they are different ages and in different levels.

You're busy, we can relate, we've been there too. It's your schedule, we'll do everything we can to find a time that fits into it. Complete our registration form and we'll get on it right away. We're here to help.

4 sessions are held each year—but you can start at anytime, we're always registering. Our small class sizes and unique curriculum allow the teacher the flexibility to adapt lessons to the individual needs of each child in the class. Of course, the earlier you call, the more flexibility our staff will have in finding the most convenient time for you.

The following policies allow us to provide this personalized level of scheduling while maintaining our small class sizes and ensuring consistency with our professional teaching staff.

Classes are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis and are subject to change.

Tuition is due in full at the time of registration.
Any cancellations must take place within 48 hours of time of payment. After 48 hours, no refunds will be issued, but a credit may be received with a doctor's excuse for illness.
If a group class does not fill, students may need to change class times.
Classes cannot be rescheduled or made up. This policy allows us to maintain our small class sizes and to ensure consistency with our professional teaching staff. You will receive a family swim pass for a missed lesson.
