Hello fellow swimmers!Email_jumpingraphic

We are ready to jump back in!  We will be resuming lessons starting June 1, with a few changes to our normal operations.

Our current class options include group classes for:
  • ParentTot and toddler transition for parents willing to get in the water.
  • Intermediate and advanced swimmers who can swim independently.
  • Groups classes will be limited to ensure social distancing in the pool.
We are evaluating the process to offer private or semi-private lessons for beginner and intermediate level swimmers who cannot swim independently. Semi-private lessons will be limited to siblings.

We realize this will be a change for most swimmers so we will be calling each of you to determine what works best for your family. We will not be resuming our previous lesson schedule upon reopening. You are also welcome to call us at (402)496-7946 to get scheduled!

Please be sure to review changes to our business operations as we have implemented several safety precautionary measures.

CovidPrecautions

Social distancing during swimming:
  • We will be limiting the number of classes at one time
  • The number of students and parents will be limited in the facility in accordance with the current guidelines set forth in the latest announcement by the Governor for Douglas County.
  • Each swim family can attend with only ONE parent
  • Viewing areas with strategic, distanced seating
  • We will follow a circular traffic flow, both into the facility and into the pool room inside the facility, to facilitate traffic flow and maintaining social distancing.
  • Parents please escort your swimmer(s) to their swim instructor
  • Slightly staggered class start times
  • Changing rooms and showers are closed.  Swimmers must arrive in their swim suits and exit right after the lesson has ended.
Teachers and deck supervisors will wear face masks/shields at all times.  We recommend all students to wear PPE as well, but will not be required as we will always maintain safe social distancing between teachers and students in the pool at all times.

Wellness policy for team members and customers:
  • Temperature scans for team members & swim families upon arriving
  • Every parent entering the facility will be asked a standard set of questions concerning possible exposure to COVID-19.
  • If you are ill, please stay home and get well
  • If you have been exposed to COVID-19, please abide by the CDC recommended 14-day quarantine
Our enhanced cleaning efforts include:
  • Disinfecting all surfaces multiple times per day
  • Nightly deep cleaning
  • Antibacterial microbial treatment cleaning
  • Hand sanitizer at various stations in our facility
  • Removal of all toys from the viewing areas
Chlorine Clean Pools:
  • Well-balanced, chlorinated water to kill bacteria and viruses
  • UV sanitation system
