The Swimtastic Cape Coral swim team training program is available for intermediate to advanced swimmers to help take their swim skills to the next level. In our swim team prep classes we introduce children to swimming in a team environment while improving endurance and swimming technique. In these classes we focus on stroke refinement, strength, speed and endurance. Swim team lessons are held once a week for 40 minutes and each semester students get a chance to compete in an interclub swim meet.
Swimtastic Cape Coral recreational swim team is a popular way for children to improve their swim skills, meet new friends, increase endurance and have FUN.
