We want to make sure you are prepared and excited for your lessons with us! Below are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions!

Q. Do you offer a Free Trial?

Yes! We offer Free Trial classes for Group Lessons for new swimmers! Sign up today! *At participating locations only

Q. How do I sign up for Group Lessons?

A.

To sign up for Group Lessons, simply click "Find a Class" below and choose your location from the drop down to book your spot today!

Q. How do I sign up for Private Lessons?

A.

To sign up for Private Lessons, simply click on "Find a Class" below and select your location from the drop down to book your spot today!

Q. What do I need to bring to my lesson?

A.

Please bring a swimsuit, towel, goggles, and a hair tie (for swimmers with long hair). A swim cap is highly suggested as well! Don't have one of these items? Don't worry! All of these items are available for purchase at our schools. Swimmers who are not potty-trained are required to wear a reusable swim diaper, which are also available for purchase at our school.

Q. Do you offer make-ups?

A.

Life happens, we get it! Swimmers are eligible for 1 make-up class each calendar month due to an absence. Please note that make-ups need to be used within 2 weeks of the absence and are based on schedule availability.

Q. Do I have to start at the beginning of the month (when is the next session)?

A.

Our classes are session based but don't worry, you can start at any time! We will prorate the charges according to the number of classes left in the month. If you're starting at the beginning of the session you will be charged the full session tuition at the time of registration.

Q. What is your cancellation policy for Private Lessons?

A.

We require 48-hour notice for Private Lesson cancellations and rescheduling. If you call to cancel or reschedule within this window, you will be charged a $25 late cancel/reschedule fee.

If you are on Auto-Pay for Private or Group Lessons, you must notify us by the 15th of the month prior to stopping lessons.

Q. How do I withdraw from lessons?

A.

We hate to see you go! To withdraw a student from lessons under any program after the student has begun taking lessons within that program, log in to your account via the customer portal on our website and complete the withdrawal option for your student. In order to avoid being charged for the next month of lessons, you must withdraw your student on or before the 15th day of the month. If you submit a withdrawal form after you already have been billed the tuition for the next month of lessons, you may receive a partial refund. Drops submitted between the 25th and the end of the month will result in a 50% refund and between the 1st and 7th of the following month will result in a refund of 25% of tuition. After the 7th, you are no longer eligible for a refund. 

Q. Do I need to be a member of 24 Hour Fitness or LA Fitness to take lessons with SafeSplash at those clubs?

A.

You do not need to be a member of the health club to take advantage of our program at facilities that are hosted inside their facilities!
