Arriving at Your Lesson
Please arrive 15 minutes early on your first day to complete registration, tour the facility, and get acclimated. Once you're in the routine, arriving 5–10 minutes early works for most families.

Diaper Policy Reminder – Keeping Our Pool Clean and Safe for Everyone!
To help ensure the health and safety of all our swimmers, we kindly remind families that any child who is not fully potty-trained is required to wear TWO swim diapers while in the pool:
- A disposable swim diaper (not a regular diaper!)
- Covered by a reusable cloth swim diaper
This extra layer of protection is essential in helping us prevent accidents that can lead to unnecessary pool closures. Closures not only disrupt lesson progress but also impact your schedules — and we know how valuable your time is!

Where to Watch
Parents observe lessons from poolside seating. For safety and focus, we ask parents to maintain distance from swimmers unless invited for special activities.
